Telecom chipmaker and ARM server CPU developer AppliedMicro is rallying after Intel M&A chief Wendell Brooks signaled more deals are likely following yesterday's closing of Intel's $16.7B purchase of FPGA developer Altera. As are telecom and data center analog/mixed-signal chipmaker InPhi and FPGA/CPLD developer Lattice Semi .
