(Telecompaper) BlackBerry piosted a USD 89 million net loss (USD 0.17 EPS) in its fiscal third quarter to 28 November. The loss reflects USD 38 million in restructuring and acquisition costs, USD 18 million of amortisation of acquired intangibles, USD 14 million of stock compensation and USD 5 million in debentures fair value adjustment. On a non-GAAP basis, BlackBerry made a USD 15 million net loss (USD 0.03). Some 70 percent of the company's USD 548 million third quarter revenue was recurring. BlackBerry's Adjusted EBITDA came in a USD 114 million and free cash flow at USD 15 million.
