Supplied in 16-pin, 5 x 4 mm WSON package, LMP92064 digital current sensor and voltage monitor integrates precision current sense amplifier and two 12-bit ADC channels that simultaneously capture voltage and current data. SPI interface transfers real-time data at up to 20 MHz, and 125 ksps conversion rate promotes accurate power fluctuation measurements. Other features include max input offset voltage of ±15 µV, max gain error of <±0.75%, and unidirectional input and output lines.
