NeoCon 2015 marked Matt Schad's first as CEO of the office furniture maker that was started by his great-grandfather, George Schad, in 1944. Before heading to Chicago for the annual office trade show last week, he kicked off Nucraft's biggest expansion project since the business relocated to Plainfield Township in 1984.
