We are currently looking for a GEO Programmes Scheduler to support our customer in Germany. GEO Programmes Scheduler Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a European organisation providing weather and climaterelated satellite data, images and products for its users. You will have the following responsibilities Establish, monitor and control the programmes schedules Elaborate and maintain multilayered programme schedules Monitor and control programme schedules, including maintenance of and controlled changes to the schedule baseline Generate and analyse programme performance indicators, including schedule performance indicators, milestone trend charts Generate periodic scheduling status reports, including trend analysis of scheduling performance indicators Prepare and contribute to regular programme meetings Assist in establishing, monitoring and controlling individual plans and schedules as well as related programme resources Liaise with the corresponding Planning Officer in the Operations Department Contribute to the continuous improvement of working practices and procedures Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a management or engineering discipline or equivalent Extensive handson experience in schedule preparation, monitoring and control, for complexlarge system programmes, preferably space systems, as well as in planning and monitoring the allocated resources Extensive experience in using Microsoft Project or a similar project management tool suite e.g. Primavera Knowledge of project management standards e.g. ECSS and project scheduling concepts and techniques Fluency in English is mandatory This job is located in Darmstadt.
