Kenya: Government to Privatize Sugar Factories

The government will privatize sugar factories in a bid to boost sugar production in the country. Agriculture cabinet secretary Felix Kosgey says the current factories are old and inefficienct. He says the government will also train sugar farmers to embrace modern technology in farming.
