A North Brunswick man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly impersonating a police officer and stealing a bottle of cologne, authorities said Tuesday. Timothy M. Lynch, 37, was arrested after he attempted to steal a $54 bottle of cologne from the Abercrombie & Fitch store at the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall on Saturday, police said.
