The state of Michigan and an energy company have filed a sweeping settlement related to a 2010 oil spill that spoiled miles of the Kalamazoo River. Enbridge Energy has agreed to restore or create 300 acres of wetlands in the Kalamazoo River watershed in southwestern Michigan.
