Two men were arrested last week in Ben Rodgers Park on suspicion of wire copper theft and other charges, Milpitas Police Department announced. On Feb. 18 at 11:51 p.m., a caller reported seeing two suspicious men taking something out of an Pacific Gas and Electric Co.
