Nissan set to analyze France's Renault move: Ghosn

Carlos Ghosn, the chief executive officer of both Renault SA and Nissan Motor Co., said the Nissan board will meet this week to discuss a recent move by the French government, Renault's biggest shareholder, to secure itself double-voting rights in the French car maker. Mr. Ghosn, who spoke to reporters at the Shanghai auto show on Monday, declined to comment any further on the matter.
