ParkerVision court loss sparks new legal strategy

ParkerVision Inc.'s five-year-old patent infringement case against Qualcomm Inc. ended last week when the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the Jacksonville-based company's appeal. However, CEO Jeff Parker doesn't see it as a loss for the company, which has been developing wireless technology for use in mobile devices.
