Permitting IR and SWIR 360° full viewing, Sapphire Truncated Hyper-Hemisphere Dome can be custom-fabricated in sizes from 6.0–10.5 in. OD with 0.2–0.75 in. thick walls, depending upon outside diameter. Dome features Moh 9 hardness, 40–20 scratch-dig surface finish, and 10 Angstrom surface roughness. Designed to protect cameras, sensors, and detectors in harsh environments, dome provides up to 85% transmission uncoated in UV to IR, with up to 99% when A/R coated on 2 sides.
