Officers Friday arrested a man for attempting to rob a Whole Foods Market in Petaluma while aggressively fighting off both employees and police. Officers were dispatched to the store around 3:40 p.m. in response to reports that Loss Prevention officers were attempting to detain a shoplifting suspect who was assaulting them, according to Petaluma police Lt.
