AB Electrolux President and CEO Keith McLoughlin said he's cautiously optimistic that his company will complete its acquisition of GE Appliances this year. Back in September, Sweden-based AB Electrolux announced plans to acquire GE Appliances , a Louisville-based division of General Electric Co.
