Climate Home: Russias deputy prime minister has suggested the country could revisit its 2030 greenhouse gas emissions goal, during a meeting with France environment chief Segolene Royal. State-run Food Corporation of India has moved a proposal to raise Rs 40,000cr through long-term bonds from LIC to liquidate subsidy arrears due from the government. "These are specially designed bonds meant for LIC to liquidate subsidy arrears due from the government to FCI," source said.
