Life and Physical Scientist 2 positions Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the ESAs Life Science Office, you will have the following responsibilities Define and document the scientific requirements, i.e. definition and maintenance of scientific requirements and keeping uptodate all relevant and necessary documentation for selected experiments on all available human research platforms Define a science strategy for the programmes on all available human research platforms. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Medical Doctor qualification andor a PhD degree in a biomedical discipline Demonstrated experience in human research project management Personal research experience in human research as well as handson experience with spaceflight experiments and knowledge about endtoend implementation of ISS research Experience related to other human research platforms such as bedrest, isolation and confinement and radiation facilities Knowledge and experience of the ISS environment and its boundary conditions Knowledge of the requirements definition process for scientific experiments Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
