We are looking for a test analyst with experience of Python Scripting to join us in Leatherhead, Surrey to work on Space projects for a variety of major clients including European Space Agency, Inmarsat, ECMWF, Eumetsat and Airbus. Our test analysts typically work in teams alongside architects, designers and developers against client requirements using industry standards to implement some of Europes most exciting IT projects. We encourage our test analysts to understand the full project lifecycle in order to provide the best solutions to our clients needs. You will have a university degree or equivalent in computer science, maths, physics, engineering, or other numerate subject and be able to demonstrate a career interest in testing. Essential Skills Proven Test and integration experience Experience of the testing lifecycle Experience of Python Scripting Testing and debugging network protocols Test caseprocedure preparation and management Test execution and captureinvestigation of failures. Using an observation reporting tool, e.g. Mantis, Good verbal and written skills, Ability to communicate at all levels Desirable Skills Software system assembly, integration and configuration management ISEBISTQB Qualified Quick learner, ability to learn complex system and a range of testing tools. Willing to contribute to the success of an important high profile programme for CGI Cryptographic Security experience This role is based in Leatherhead and will require full time attendance at our Leatherhead offices. This role includes the opportunity for some occasional international travel to client sites, especially within Europe. Starting salaries depend on the current level of expertise and experience. Our roles require Security Clearance to SC Level, so you must have lived and worked in the EU for the past 5 years, and be willing to obtain this level of clearance if you do not already have it.
