Prepare and review parts approval documentation and component lists DCL. Support processing of parts nonconformities and provide technical support for usability decisions. Manage handling of components and material subject to export control and restrictions, monitor their usage of exportrestricted material and related documents. Management of qualification tests. Component preparationprovision for manufacturing kitting. Management of component storage and allocation of components to projects Your Qualifications University degree in electrical engineering or physics. At least 3 years of experience in technical and quality management of electronic components for space. Good knowledge of standards and norms concerning qualification level, reliability e. g. ESAESCCECSS, MIL Knowledge of export regulations for EEE components ITAR, EAR, EAR99. Experience in materials management with SAP. Knowledge of relevant test procedures and methods for component qualification and screening. Experience in electronic component storage and handling. Experience in inspection of EEE parts preferably certified by ECSS Organized and structured task approach, high degree of motivation and personal identification with the respective task and project. Strong focus on reaching progress by thinking and communicating in terms of solutions, ability to reach goals also under schedule pressure. Willingness for travel. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams, good written and oral English and German.

Purpose Support for EEE Parts Selection, associated PA and related activities. Key Tasks Maintain a coherent approach to EEE parts selection in line with company guidelines and project requirements. Liaise with product design engineers, production procurement entities on parts selection and part related issues such as derating, radiation tolerance and reliability and assembly. Collation of informationdata and maintenance of the EEE parts database in cooperation with ECAD and other teams Provide technical support to Peer Reviews and MRBs as required. Help develop and maintain internal information sharing on EEE parts including EEE parts alerts Coordinate EEE activities between equipment suppliers, prime contractor external, review authorities and procurement agents. For projects working i.a.w. ESCC requirements review internal subcontractor DCLs and PADs for compliance to project technical and PA requirements. Participate in Parts Control Boards as required Support project teams in EEE related activities including review and generation of project related documents such as procurement, BoM, specifications, DPAs, Reports or Goodsin data review Knowledge, Skills and Experience Strong background in Electronic Engineering, including knowledge of EEE parts, part classes, technologies and design application. Previous experience in parts engineering in Space andor HiReliability domain using qualified parts. Working knowledge of ESA MIL systems Knowledge of commercial EEE parts and qualities Good appreciation or experience of circuit design, part application and product assembly would be beneficial Appreciation of the effects of ionising radiation on parts.
