Major activities of the QA process to be supported are Plan and organise the OPSQ audit activities for internal audits, external audits, and surveillance audits. Solicit closure of overdue actions on audit nonconformances. Support the OPS Improvement Forum. Collect OPS KPI relevant to OPSQ. Contribute to OPSQ feedback to OPS Management Team. Support the maintenance and improvement of the QMS both for the documents and the web site. You are required to familiarise yourself with OPSQ and the assigned missions, in particular with the procedures and tools that are needed to perform the PAQA operations. The tasks to be performed require considerable initiative, flexibility and independence in executing the assigned tasks, within the approach defined by OPSQ. This is a fulltime position to be located at ESOCs premises in Darmstadt with the planned start date 1st September 2019.
