Annual profits at Majestic Wine dropped by nearly a quarter in the year to 31 March, though the retailer gave an optimistic outlook on the back of its recent acquisition of Naked Wines. The AIM group, which bought the customer-funded online wine business for A 70m in April, reported a pre-tax profit of A 18.4m, down 22.5% from A 23.8m the year before.
