RHEA Group is currently recruiting an IT Service Leader to provide local IT Support at every ESA sites as well as to manage the local service support team, which includes HQ in Paris, France ESTEC in Noordwijk, The Netherlands ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany ESRIN in Frascati, Italy ESAC in Villafranca, Spain Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include but not limited to the following You will be managing the team of IT field technicians and local service desk. You will be managing the daytoday activities, relations with subcontractors and communication with endusers. You will ensure processes, procedures and work instructions are followed by the local team. You will be managing escalations. You will be managing projects, doing feasibility studies. Working on deploying new infrastructures. You will provide service reports to ESA and will participate to regular service status meeting. You will be coordinating the IT support centrally managed services back office, IT service desk etc. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have relevant qualification in the field of ITComputer Engineering You have at least 10 years of experience in IT Support and experience as a Service Manager or Service Lead You have solid communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment. Callisto is seeking to recruit a satellite communications engineer experienced in satellite Ground Stations to join a team of engineers working in Darmstadt Germany. Candidates must be University qualified to at least firstdegree level and with at least 5 years professional experience in relevant to the areas of expertise listed below. Ground station system design for TTC and payload operations Ground station tracking antennas and RF subsystems LEO and GEO applications Ground station baseband subsystems including modulationdemodulation and coding. Satellite operations maintenance including command, control and tracking using remote MC. Space communications systems and protocols including ECSS and CCDSD standards for space communications including SLE. Systems engineering including maintenance and upgrades. Special operations e.g. LEOP, IOT Team leadership including management and administration. In addition, experience in several of the following areas would be advantageous High rate data communications satelliteterrestrial In Orbit Tests Radar Simulations The candidates shall be able to demonstrate a good level of communication skills in English language and shall be computer literate. Short listed candidates will be subject to background security checks and references will be required. Candidates shall have European EU nationality or have already obtained all necessary permits to be able to reside and work in the EU.
