(Telecompaper) The Oculus Rift will go on sale in Europe and Canada on 20 September, the company announced. Sellers will include Amazon.co.uk, John Lewis, Curry's PCWorld, GAME and Harrods in the UK; Amazon.fr and FNAC in France; Amazon.de, MediaMarkt and Saturn in Germany; and Best Buy and Microsoft Store Online in Canada. Pre-orders start 16 August, with shipments and in-store sales from 20 September. The suggested retail price in Europe is GBP 549/EUR 699.
