Crane Worldwide Logistics has doubled staff in Central Ohio with plans to add more, thanks to the region's deep supply chain of foreign automakers and their suppliers. The Houston, Texas-based third-party logistics company has managed a 304,560-square-foot distribution center for Japanese auto-parts maker American Showa Inc. since December at Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park, which District Director Kurt Brulisauer says required the company grow to 60 Columbus-area employees, up from 30, and has it on pace to hire at least another 20.
