Position Reference 019 You will have the opportunity to be part of the Galileo System and service support, by assessing the performance of PRS service and coordinating the PRS validation activities. You will also take a major part in the definition of the PRS validation plan and relevant test plans, to define the test cases and test procedures to be executed and to prepare the test reports. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support the definition and the evolution of the PRS Service KPIs and the Service level targets for specific deployment stages corresponding to the service milestones Support the definition of the evolution of the PRS Service Definition document Evaluate the PRS service performance considering the impacts of operations and derive the necessary modifications to the OSRDOSRDx e.g. impact of operations on the continuity of service Support GSA to analyze and assess the reports provided by GSOp, in particular for what concerns PRS performance monitoring if available Support Exploitation Reviews by analyzing the PRS Performance evolution between consecutive periods provided by ESAWO and complementing the conclusions with the input coming from the System Operator and from GRC Ensure verification of the PRS service requirements progressively through the different service milestones complementing verification evidence provided by core infrastructure, operations and service facilities with verification evidence coming from service validation activity Produce the inputs related to the service facilities and operations to the aggregated VCD to MRD limited to PRS service Produce and maintain the PRS validation plan Ensure the consistency including schedule between PRS service validation plan and the PRS service implementation plans Ensure the consistency including schedule between PRS service validation plan and the System deployment and verification plans Ensure the consistency including schedule between PRS service validation plan and the Service Facilities deployment and verification plans Define the PRS service validation strategy Define the PRS service validation boundaries Define and plan the PRS validation test campaigns Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree or equivalent qualification in either physics, mathematics, electric or electronic engineering, aerospace engineering or telecommunications engineering, geodesy Knowledge of Mission Requirement Documents MRD Experience with PRS Requirement document Experience with PRS Service Definition document Experience with PRS Service Implementation plans Knowledge of the Galileo System architecture, performance, signal and in general of GNSS GPS, Glonass, EGNOS Former professional involvement in major Space Projects andor GNSS related services Knowledge of the design and requirements definition process for space systems Management of external and internal System interfaces Valid Security clearance by their national security administration where relevant How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level? Lutilisation dEGNOS permet de garantir la prcision, la fiabilit et la scurit des signaux des systmes prcdents et devrait principalement tre utilis dans lAviation civile, mais aussi sur Terre et en Mer. Vous interviendrez en tant quingnieur dun soussystme dEGNOS v3 et participerez aux diffrentes phases du projet conception, dveloppement, intgration, validation, et documentation. Ingnieur de formation ou quivalent universitaire, avec une spcialisation en NavigationGNSS GPS, GALILEO, EGNOS, votre formation et votre parcours vous ont permis dacqurir la connaissance, voire lexpertise, de la majorit des thmatiques suivantes navigation, systmes GNSS, systmes SBAS, positionnement prcis, orbitographie. Vous avez galement une premire exprience dans le dveloppement en langage C. La connaissance des traitements tempsrel et des normes aronautiques serait un plus. Votre rle inclue la coordination dune quipe de 5 10 dveloppeurs. En tant que tel, vous devrez rpartir les activits au sein de votre quipe, suivre et consolider le plan de charge. Vous assurez ainsi le lien et tes le garant de vos activits vers le Chef de Projet.
