Governments given 2 more weeks to make road salt claims

Public entities in Ohio are being given two extra weeks to submit claims for a share of the $11.5 million settlement with two rock salt producers that were accused of colluding to drive up prices. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced Friday that state and local governments will now have until Aug. 23 to submit claims.
