A vacancy has arisen for a Service Level Consultant with Astrium in Stevenage or Portsmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for working within a European Information Management scope, focusing on UK IM customers for contractual and operational issues in UK. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows Collection and analysis of service requirements Definition, negotiation, implementation and maintenance of SLAs Service Level Agreements with local business focal pointsKey Users Develop and broker OLAs Operational Level Agreements in close cooperation with operational Information Management teams Maintenance of SLAs and OLAs Definition, negotiation and implementation of Product Catalogue and Service Catalogue Alignment of SLAsOLAs in Astrium European perimeter Responsibility and lead of the Service Management function of those services provided in the UK restricted environment in close cooperation with UK IM Security Negotiation of SLA changes in case of change requests or change of customer. Coordination of the UK relevant requirements concerning SLA OLA within the European SLA Consultant team Some travel to France and Germany will be required The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience Technical background in IT infrastructure design Experience of information management environments Experience of project management, contract management or network management Expertise in working with and agreeing SLAs with customers TO APPLY click here
