Anritsu Company has successfully demonstrated peak throughput for an LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) device and network simulator using 3x Carrier Aggregation (3CA) and 4x4 MIMO with 256QAM modulation. Utilizing devices featuring the new QualcommSnapdragonX16 LTE modem and the Anritsu MD8430A LTE Simulator, Anritsu is able to successfully show support for stable IP-layer data rates of up to 1 GBit/s in the downlink. The solution will be demonstrated in Anritsu’s booth (Hall 6, Stand F40) at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, February 22-25.
