Tom Chang, senior vice president and director of the Pacific Northwest region for East West Bank was among the speakers at the first Pacific Rim Real Estate Summit this fall in Kirkland, where Realtors heard how they can cash in on the increasing trend of Chinese and other international buyers purchasing property in the Seattle region. Other panelists were Tere Foster of Windermere of Bellevue, Kevin Brown of Sotheby's International Realty in New York City, Angela Bi of Visa Consulting Group of Shanghai and Vancouver, B.C., and Wendy Lister of Coldwell Banker Bain.
