The SKY66101-11 RF front-end module (FEM) is designed specifically for low-powered industrial, scientific, medical (ISM) band applications with operation in the 902-928 MHz frequency range, and is also used for smart meters, in-home appliances, and smart thermostats. This device features fully matched 50 50 Ω input and output, and RF blocks that operate over a 2.0-4.8 V range for use in a wide range of battery powered applications.
