Providing 5 V operation for noise immunity and robustness, dsPIC33EV series suits devices operating in such harsh environments as appliance and automotive applications. These 16-bit dsPIC33 Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs), along with Error Correcting Code (ECC) Flash, include CRC, Deadman Timer, and Windowed Watchdog Timer peripherals as well as backup system oscillator and certified Class B software. Other features include up to 6 motor control PWMs, 12-bit ADC, and op-amps.
