AIA Praises Passage of FY15 Short-Term Continuing Resolution

In her statement commending bipartisan passage of FY2015 Continuing Resolution, which will keep government operating through December 11, 2014, AIA President and CEO Marion C. Blakey also urged Congress to negotiate omnibus appropriations bill to fund the entire federal government instead of passing another CR. Blakey cited shortcomings in current procedure as lending to government and industry having to contend with prior years' budgets and significant restrictions.
