Tom O'Brien, president and CEO of TA, said the company, which operates the TA and Petro Stopping Centers truck stop brands, "is pleased to expand its years-long effort to appreciate those that make trucking a career worthy of the respect of the public. "Tom Liutkus has been a vital part of that effort, having developed many of our initiatives, including our renowned 'Citizen Driver' program, which gives recognition to some of the hardest working drivers in the U.S.; we are happy that Tom has been asked to devote a portion of his substantial enthusiasm and ability to the ATA in this capacity."
