Billy Midmore, 22, failed to appear for the second day of his trial because he had been wearing the same clothes for a week. Midmore is currently on trial after mum-of-six Carla Whitlock was left "in agony" when she had a highly concentrated form of drain cleaner sprayed in her face last September outside a bar in Southampton, Hants.
