Alaska asks ConocoPhillips to reopen LNG plant, pursue natural gas export license

Acting Natural Resources Commissioner Joe Balash in a letter to ConocoPhillips President Trond-Erik Johansen asks that the company apply for a three-year license to export LNG from the plant.
