Amtrak train collides with truck south of Chicago, no injuries

An Amtrak train collided with a vehicle around 4:00 p.m. Friday in the U.S. town of Wilmington, Ill., about 60 miles south of the city of Chicago, according to Amtrak. In a phone interview with Xinhua, Amtrak spokesman Craig Schulz said there were no serious injuries to passengers or crew, but did not have any information on the driver of the truck seen at the scene.
