Analog Devices Q1 View Has Analyst Revising His Own

' revenue view for the current quarter, which reflects softness in industrial and seasonal declines in communications, prompted one analyst on Friday to revise his earnings estimate for the quarter and fiscal year. UBS Global Research analyst Stephen Chin lowered his fiscal Q1 revenue estimate by 5% to $763 million and cut earnings per share minus items by 9% to 61 cents after Analog Devices on Tuesday reported Q1 sales guidance that missed analysts' estimates.
