Apartment developer pays $20M for site in Seattle's 'bulls-eye' for new skyscraper

The high-rise portion of Holland Partner Group's 970 Denny Way apartment project is set back from Denny to help maintain views of the corridor. Holland Partner Group recently said it's planning a 400-foot-tall apartment tower in Seattle South Lake Union.
