Apparel leaders skeptical of Garcettia s minimum wage hike plan

Signalling resistance to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti's plan to boost the city's minimum wage, the head of one of the state's largest apparel trade groups predicted Tuesday that manufacturers will leave Los Angeles if the wage increase is passed by the City Council.
