Recently, Aqua America, Inc. Chairman and CEO Nicholas DeBenedictis announced that its unregulated subsidiary, Aqua Resources, has entered into a two-year management agreement with the City of Chicago Heights in Cook County, Ill., to manage its public water and wastewater systems
