On 1 September 2014, Arise announced the issuance of a new SEK 350 million bond in order to refinance its outstanding bond 2012/2015 . Therefore, Arise hereby informs that the company has decided to fully redeem Bond 2012/2015 in advance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond.
