A plane headed to Chicago from New York City made an emergency landing in Detroit Thursday evening when a passenger became abusive and unruly, prompting authorities to haul her off the plane with her hands and feet bound, officials say and cellphone video shows. A 22-year-old woman faces charges after she allegedly became so unruly on a flight from New York to Chicago Thursday night she had to be hauled off the plane while bound by her hands and feet.
