Attorney: 26 Settle Suit in Texas Parade Crash That Killed 4

An attorney for 26 people involved in an accident in which a freight train struck a veterans parade float in Midland says they have settled their lawsuit against Union Pacific Railroad. Lawyer Kevin Glasheen, who represents the families, said Friday the settlement is confidential but they "are very satisfied" and the amount is "sufficient to give them security and comfort in their lives."
