The Massachusetts Association of Automobile Dealers, along with some individual dealers, were unsuccessful in its suit against Tesla, with the state's Supreme Judicial Court ruling that they "lacked standing" for suing over Tesla setting up a gallery of its electric cars in the Natick Mall, reported the Boston Business Journal.
