AutoNation Inc. is acquiring two dealer groups Carl Gregory Enterprises and Valley Motors Auto Group that will bring in an additional $600 million in annual revenue, the company said. Carl Gregory Enterprises operates 13 stores in the Southeastern U.S., and generated $480 million in sales in 2014. AutoNation declined to disclose the acquisition price for the two dealer groups.
