BAE wins $245m contract to deliver UK Navys Type 26 gun system

BAE Systems has been awarded a $245m contract by the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) to provide a new gun system, maritime indirect fires system (MIFS), for the UK Royal Navys next-generation Type 26 Global Combat Ship.
