Better luck for Leidos than SAIC: GAO denies award protest over corporate split

Its massive corporate split will not infringe upon a contract awarded to Leidos Holdings Inc., ordered the Government Accountability Office - the opposite of what the watchdog agency decided for Science Applications International Corp. earlier this year.
