Brazil's 3G Capital Eyeing Kraft Foods Acquisition

Brazilian acquisition and investment firm 3G Capital Partners LP is in "advanced" talks with American processed and packaged foods company Kraft Foods Group Inc. , The Wall Street journal reported yesterday. The private equity firm had previously partnered with Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. in 2013 to acquire ketchup and frozen foods brand H.J. Heinz Co .
