Burcon Confirms No Material Undisclosed Information

Burcon NutraScience Corporation today confirmed that it is not aware of any material undisclosed information that may be contributing to the recent increase in market price and level of trading activity of its shares. In December 2015, Burcon announced that it expects its license partner Archer Daniels Midland Company's first full-commercial-scale CLARISOYa production facility to be operational by mid-2016.
