The VSC3644 is a GaN 1.1 kW pulsed solid state power amplifier module operating in the C-band, and is used in maritime, defense, and high performance weather radars . They feature air cooled GaN transistors that are combined into a 1.1 kW output, which are power-combined using radial combiners and waveguide combiners.
