CR Asia shares gain on deal for mainland venture with Sinopec

CR Asia, which operates Circle K stores in Hong Kong, said it had entered into a preliminary agreement with Sinopec Marketing. Photo: Dickson Lee Shares in Convenience Retail Asia climbed as much as 10.2 per cent in morning trading in Hong Kong on Thursday, after the retail arm of Li & Fung announced it will team up with Sinopec to operate petrol stations and convenience stores on the mainland.
